The Turkeys were spared but the cow critters really took a hit!

The chefs at the Oxbow took pity on the Rotary Club and did not feed us turkey the day before Thanksgiving.

The Prime Rib sandwiches really hit the spot.  For this, at least one of us was thankful.

Attendance was sparse so that left more for the those of us that attended.

Mike Lilygren's program was terrific,
too bad so many missed it.
Here are some pics from that meeting.

The Trango Towers.  Can you believe
free climbing one of these?

For once, the Cookie Monster was
cookie less. Vince left some for the
rest of us.
We were honored to have Todd Skinner's
wife, Amy, with us to experience Mike's
presentation
Mike and Amy share a laugh before
the meeting.
Gary Michaud and his wife, Melissa
Denton, are enjoying the meeting.
Another guest, Simeon Caskey,
was looking forward to Mike's
presentation.
Rod Haper was the finer.  His
subject, of course, was the history
of Thanksgiving.  He raised a bunch
of money.
Shelli Johnson takes the mic to
talk about the Rotary Bell Ringers
for the Salvation Army.
"Climbing the Trango Tower" was Mike's
presentation subject.  Wow, what a amazing
undertaking ; what harrowing experiences they
had; what pride they must have in doing what
had never been done before.
