The Lander Chapter of the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) provided the program for last Wednesday's club meeting and were awarded a $500 grant from the Lander Rotary Club.  In addition, the hat was passed among the club members and another $200 was added from member donations.
Those attending The Rotary Club Meeting were:

The FBLA will use the money given by Lander Rotary to help defray travel expenses for 22 of the Lander FLBA members to travel to their National Convention in Chicago.
FBLA Nationals will be held in Chicago, IL from June 28th to July 3rd.  This year the LVHS FBLA members will compete at Nationals against over 7,000 high school students from around the nation.  In addition to competing in a variety of business events, students will have an opportunity to network with other members, attend business workshops and seminars and see the sights of Chicago.
